Last updated: 2026-10-05
What it is
Founders Map (Qurucular Xəritəsi) is an open, interactive map of people who build things in Azerbaijan. Founders and makers add the place where they work, such as an office, a studio or a coworking space, and it appears on the map once an admin approves it.
The goal is to make it easy to see who is building what, and where, across Azerbaijan. Each entry has a name or nickname, a project, a category, a short description and a link. There is no sign-up, and adding an entry is free.

Questions and answers
What is Founders Map?
It is an open map that shows where founders and makers in Azerbaijan work. Every entry is reviewed by an admin before it appears.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Adding an entry is free and there is no sign-up. You fill in a short form and submit it.
Do I need to give my home address?
No. Choose your office or workspace. You can also pick city-level accuracy, which shows a location within roughly 1 km instead of the exact point.
How do I remove my entry?
After you submit, you receive a private edit link. Open it to change or permanently delete your entry. A deleted entry disappears from the map and the site, though search engines may keep an old copy for a while.
Is the data open?
Yes. Totals per city, district and category are available as JSON and CSV under the CC BY 4.0 license. They contain no names or coordinates.
